Home Manager

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum

JCO Healthcare are proud to be working on behalf of a respected care provider to recruit an experienced Home Manager for a specialist care home in the Kingston Upon Thames area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially aware care home leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, developing high-performing teams and creating positive outcomes for residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and customer experience are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visible and effective leadership across the service
• Ensure full CQC compliance and quality standards are maintained
• Lead, develop and inspire the management and wider care teams
• Drive occupancy, reputation and resident satisfaction
• Manage budgets and deliver strong commercial performance
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals and stakeholders
• Create a culture centred around high-quality, person-centred care

Candidate Requirements

• Current or previous Home Manager within the care home sector
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Experience managing residential, nursing, dementia or specialist care services
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve service performance
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
