This is an excellent opportunity to lead a smaller-sized elderly care home with a strong community feel, supported by an experienced senior team and an organisation committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

The Opportunity

As Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring exceptional standards of care, regulatory compliance, team engagement and occupancy performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing the care home team
• Maintaining CQC compliance and quality standards
• Managing budgets and resources effectively
• Building relationships with residents, families and local stakeholders
• Driving occupancy and reputation within the local community
• Creating a positive, supportive culture for colleagues and residents alike

About You

We would be keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Previous Home Manager experience within elderly care
• A strong understanding of CQC regulations
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality care
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Commercial awareness and occupancy experience
• A passion for providing outstanding resident outcomes

Package

• Salary circa £48,000 (negotiable dependent on experience)
